ABOUT TWOQUE


What does “ONE + ONE = TWOQUE” mean?

It’s a fun play on words. For every item we sell, we donate an item to someone else in need. A “toque” (colloquially pronounced “Tuke”) is a uniquely Canadian cold-weather garment, which has been our signature product. And there you have it!


Is Twoque a charity?

We like to be transparent about the fact that Twoque is a for profit business and we partner with well-regarded, registered charities with whom we provide our donations.


Are your products made in Canada?

For our Twoque hats, we use a Canadian manufacturer, but the articles themselves come from overseas.

That said, our Face Masks (coming soon!) are indeed proudly Canadian made!

Our goal is to one day produce all of our apparel in Canada.


Do you accept donations?

Absolutely! We are very happy to collect gently worn items that we can pass along to humanitarian organizations on your behalf. Depending on your location, you can also schedule a pick up.


Can I order custom clothing for my business?

Of course! Please reach out with your inquiry and we are happy to help with wholesale and company branding.


SHIPPING

Can I pick up instead of getting my items shipped?

If you live in the area, we may be able arrange for pick up hours at designated times at our Toronto office at 1 Albany Ave. Please reach out before placing an order to confirm availability.


Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes! We have shipped Twoques to three different continents.


When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within a day after purchase. You will receive tracking information upon completion of the order. Your order should arrive within two weeks of purchase.

*Due to high volumes at Canada Post we cannot guarantee that there will not be unforeseen delays but your order


Can I make changes to an order already placed?

Please reach out here and we will be happy to make necessary adjustments for you.


What do I do if I have not received my order?

Please get in touch with us. When you place your order online you will be given a tracking number from Canada Post to verify the arrival of your package. There are rare occasions when packages get misplaced along the way, please be sure to follow up with us so that we can help sort it out.
